a fellow peeks through eyes half closed

who know's where to look first?

in a dark world of hope stealing bandits
look to the eyes, to see a fool of wonder
in a world teased ..
by winds of ignorance
lust tickles the toes.

you climb higher and higher..
till cloud 9 is just a pit stop..
it may not be uncommon to find one's self
in the pursuit of something real..
a flickering spark within..

herein lies a blossoming truth.
a fire echos through eternity..
it's flames licking, caressing, pounding the walls from within
to be reborn in this moment..

hands chalked up..
approaching the base of an aged range
boulders littered scandalously across the meadow
the body set in motion..
thundering claps break the silence
again and again

Utilizing our bestowed talents ~

We may allow climbing to feel more natural.
Building our strength and honing our technique..
until it is best described as..
what should happen if you threw a monkey at a giant boulder.
At the very least, climbing may instill a sense of being.
So easily we may be tugged into distraction,
hold ground!

As we linger within that solitude of dark space,
an opportunity to see your self arises.
within those moments,
when only your own eyes are there to fall upon you
and outside judgement does not obstruct your path
we may accept the fact that we are great..
and UNSTOPPABLE!

We are given moments to elevate ourselves
in the presence of truth,
integrity
and perserverence..
